A collapsible sidebar. Pin the folders you write in and everything in them is a click away. Files that appear while you work, including the ones Claude writes, show up without a relaunch.
Type size per window. View > Bigger grows the type in that window and nowhere else, and the size goes away when the window closes. For when one window becomes a transcript you are reading from across the room.
Checkpoints. Claude edits your open documents directly, and those edits reach the disk immediately. Every AI edit now files a restorable version of the text as it was first, so File > Revert To > Browse All Versions has the draft the AI replaced. Pin This Version does the same by hand, for the drafts you want to keep.
