People first. At Snowflake, one small win got people asking what else they could build. Chief people officer Arnnon Geshuri: you don't need to be technical, you just need to know what you want. Next is data. When the right way isn't the easy way, people route around policy, so governance has to support the change, not stop it. Then process. Zapier CFO Ryan Roccon says the company called an AI code red in March 2023 and redesigned how it operates. Most of its finance automations now carry an agentic step.
